Gaurav Dhooper is a strategic & pragmatic thinker, seasoned project/program management professional, Agile IT Delivery Leader, author, and a keynote speaker. His area of interest is Digital Transformation & Strategy. He is focused towards bringing business and process excellence by continuous improvement and building strong motivated teams to deliver customer value. Gaurav is an avid writer and has authored articles on Digital Transformation, Agile Transformation, Agile Project Management and Hybrid Project Management. He also writes articles on Robotic Process Automation, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and Personal Agility in leading online publications. Gaurav has been reviewer for PMI’s Standard for Earned Value Management and a book on Agile Contracts. Gaurav also holds the voluntary positions of President of PMO Global Alliance India Hub and Senior Official of International Association of Project Managers for Metropolitan area of Noida, India. He is also a volunteer and an active member at PMI. Presently, he is working with Genpact as Assistant Vice President.

Indupriya works as a Program Manager with kyndryl and has discovered the joy of volunteering by actively taking up leadership roles in the PM Essence Magazine and Toastmaster’s International.

Jayaraj Narayana is PMP certified Technical Program Manager with 26 plus years of Industry experience. He is passionate about analyzing project management topics contributing for technical and personal success of teams and individuals.

Johncey George (Coach Johncey, www.coachjohncey.com) is an Executive Leadership Coach and also a Life Coach with Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from ICF. He is based in Bengaluru, India and coaches senior leaders, business owners and project leaders globally. He had a PMP certification from PMI. He used to manage teams handling multi-million dollar programs during his corporate stint. He also coaches introverts to express more, as required, and create a leadership space for themselves. Coach Johncey is India’s first Leadership Coach for Introverts

Kartikeyan Ramamurthy, PMP, PfMP, is director of strategy at Amadeus Labs. He is the India ambassador for PMO Global Alliance, a member of the board of directors at PMI Bangalore India Chapter, and a DevOps leader.

Lt Col L Shri Harsha (Retd.), PgMP, PMP, DASSM, is COO, Sankalp Infrastructure Pvt Ltd. He is a multi-faceted professional who juggles his time between practice, community service, knowledge sharing, and self-enrichment.

Muktesh Murthy is the president of PMI Bangalore India Chapter and practice head at Tech Mahindra. He is a seasoned IT professional with over 28 years of experience in program and project management, information security, delivery, and quality management.

Shashank Hebbani is a partner with Overseers Consulting LLP - a Construction Project Management Consultants (PMC) & Turn-key Projects & Consultants firm, who has 15+ years of experience in managing multimillion dollar projects successfully. Shashank is a volunteer at PM Essence Magazine.

Somashekar is a Project Portfolio Manager with 18 plus years of experience with leading brands like Diageo, Capco Technologies (Consultant for HSBC), Crisil GRA Poland (Consultant for Credit Suisse), Deutsche Bank, Thomson Financials. He is certified in PMP, Prince2 Practitioner, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, PPAC, PSM1, and ITIL foundation. He has also trained colleagues on Project Management methodologies, Six Sigma, and Design thinking.
